A.Welding joints problems.
1.All saw blades have welded joints,A saw blade not show a weld jonints does not mean there is no weld joints.It's just covered up with paint and sand blasting.There is no difference between in visible and invisible welding joints,which will not have any impact on the use of the saw blade, and the length of life.
2.There are only two ways to weld a saw blade.
A.Artificial argon arc welding + annealing hardening + grinding wheel grinding welding joint.
B.Intelligent welding machine to touch welding mode one-time forming + welding joint polishing treatment.
The advantage of using intelligent welding machine is to increase the stability and toughness of the saw blade welding joints, and the stable sawing accuracy in the process of use. Our welding joints are all completed by the Germany welding machine butt- welding.
B. Sawtooth in the opposite direction problems.
